Ingredients
- 8 ounce dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 4 egg yolks
- chocolate
- 2 tablespoon sweet chocolate
- 2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon dark rum
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- serving dish
Steps
- Break chocolate into pieces
- Melt chocolate with butter
- Stir in dark rum
- Beat egg yolks and fold into chocolate mixture
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Fold in whipped cream
- Chill in sherbet glass at least 2 hours before serving
