RUM CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chocolate
  • 2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon dark rum
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • serving dish

Steps

  1. Break chocolate into pieces
  2. Melt chocolate with butter
  3. Stir in dark rum
  4. Beat egg yolks and fold into chocolate mixture
  5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
  6. Fold in whipped cream
  7. Chill in sherbet glass at least 2 hours before serving
