Blueberry-Lavender Oat Milk Smoothie

A silky, naturally sweet smoothie combining tart blueberries with floral lavender notes, creamy oat milk, and protein-rich chia seeds. Perfect for breakfast or a refreshing afternoon drink.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1.5 cup oat milk, unsweetened
- 1 banana, frozen, peeled, and sliced
- 2 tablespoon almond butter, raw
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, raw
- 1 teaspoon lavender buds, dried
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 0.5 cup ice
- blueberries and lavender, for garnish
Steps
- Peel and slice the banana, then place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before blending (or use a previously frozen banana).
- Measure the fresh blueberries, oat milk, frozen banana slices, almond butter, chia seeds, lavender buds, maple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Add all measured ingredients to a blender in the order listed: blueberries, oat milk, frozen banana, almond butter, chia seeds, lavender buds, maple syrup, and ice.
- Blend on high speed for 45 seconds until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour the smoothie evenly into two tall glasses.
- Top each glass with a few fresh blueberries and a single dried lavender sprig for garnish.
- Serve immediately with a spoon or wide smoothie straw.
