Ingredients
- 2 ounce frozen açaí berry purée
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 cup granola with coconut
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoon raw almond butter
Steps
- Remove the 2 packages of frozen açaí purée from the freezer and place them in a blender.
- Pour 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into the blender with the açaí.
- Add 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon honey to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and thick but still pourable—it should have a soft-serve consistency, not watery.
- Divide the smoothie base evenly between two shallow bowls or cups.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola with coconut across the top of each bowl.
- Arrange fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries on top of the granola in small clusters or sections for visual appeal.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut over each bowl.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of raw almond butter in a thin stream across the top of each smoothie bowl.
