A creamy, indulgent cold coffee drink combining smooth cold brew with steamed milk, rich caramel sauce, and a hint of sea salt for a sophisticated café-style beverage ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew coffee, chilled
- 0.75 cup whole milk, steamed or cold
- 2 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 0.063 teaspoon fleur de sel
- 2 ice
- 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Pour the chilled cold brew coffee into a tall glass.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes to the glass.
- Stir in 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract into the cold brew.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce into the bottom of the glass, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Pour the milk (steamed for a warm drink, or cold for a refreshing version) slowly into the glass over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect with the coffee.
- Top with an additional 1 tablespoon caramel sauce drizzled across the surface and milk foam.
