Ingredients
- 1.5 cup strawberries, frozen, frozen
- 1 ounce açai purée
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 0.5 cup plant-based vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 0.5 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, unsweetened, shredded
Steps
- Add frozen strawberries, açai purée, coconut milk, plant-based yogurt, agave nectar, and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 45 to 60 seconds, until no frozen chunks remain.
- Divide smoothie between two glasses.
- If desired, garnish each glass with a sprinkle of unsweetened shredded coconut.
- Serve immediately with a reusable straw.
